"Free Health Screening Registration Process"

This link lists all local employers that offer health screenings through Well-Life.  Once you access the link, you need to scroll down to where you see "Johnson County".  The 13 sites being offered are listed in chronological order.  Choose the site and time slot you want.  You  will receive an email confirming that your appointment request was received.  Once Well-Life has actually scheduled your appointment, you will receive an email confirming the date, site and time slot.
